I know the first thing that may come to your mind is that “this is none sense, no one can be happy forever” and I’m here to tell that yes, its not unlimited happiness (just got to make that title a bit clickbaiter) but it will lead to a some happiness I can insure you that.

Happiness

if we try to define happiness or search for it, this is mostly will be its definition

mental or emotional states, including positive or pleasant emotions ranging from contentment to intense joy. It is also used in the context of life satisfaction, subjective well-being

if we look closely we can see at the end the word satisfaction, so that mean happiness can be tied to satisfaction.

A while ago I was thinking of where I’m in life and looking at the things around me, things I usually complain about like living with my family and how that's making my work a bit harder or finding a quite place to watch something quietly is not easy since I have two young siblings and we live in a small apartment,

I complain that my work is hard when sometimes I have a pretty loaded days.

So after some thinking and reflecting I got to a nice conclusion which honestly made me feel bad too (but why?),

Now as I’m close to moving out and not live with my family, the sooner my moving out date comes the more and more I start to miss them, we have a very strong family bounds, which made me realise that I’m totally wrong about complaining about living with them and now I appreciate being with them more, I feel happy with my siblings now, same goes to my work, I really appreciate what I’m doing and the purpose behind it, its ok we all get hard days but they won’t last forever! Will they?

all of this got me thinking and looking to everything around me, the people who support me, the food I eat, the opportunities I got and made for myself.

I feel so lucky with that, some people don’t have a home or a good food to eat, so many people now days are jobless, this is all tied to satisfaction and being satisfied with what you have, I’m sure some of you may say you need to not be satisfied in-order to be hungry, to grow and be better person,

I totally hear that but you can always be satisfied and look for more, there is no one stopping you from wanting a better bed or a new better apartment but the fact that you realise that you are happy with what you have and not be unhappy or not having fun with it can make a whole difference.

One trick I usually do is try to look to someone that doesn’t have what I have and that can immediately make me appreciate what I have and I will be satisfied and happy with that.

I truly been feeling better about everything around me and feeling blessed all the time, taking things in a simpler way and overthing growth.

I’m not saying that I’m not satisfied with what I have but I just wasn’t appreciating it enough.

This guy on Instagram posts amazing photos with really nice stories, his posts can show us so much about what we have and how others don’t have the simplest things you have like a parents or a shower.

Try to take a look around you, see what you have? what are the things that you complain about? did you have them a year ago? did you ever dreamed of having them?

I wish this can lead you to find some happiness in the things around you and make you admire them more than before.
